Payment and Cancellation Policies

A valid credit card number with expiry date or one night’s room (including tax) advance deposit is required to confirm a reservation.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards. Bills may also be settled by travellers cheques.

A minimum of 48 hours is required for a cancellation, otherwise a one night’s room (including tax) will be charged.

CHECK-OUT IS AT 12:00 NOON AFTER WHICH ONE NIGHT’S ROOM WILL BE CHARGED UNLESS LATE CHECK-OUT HAS BEEN REQUESTED AND APPROVED.
